Returns

A Mood Box may be returned under the following conditions: 

• Incomplete Box Contents
• Damaged Contents
• Incorrect Box 

 

Refunds

Should the customer not be satisfied with the contents / condition of the box, they are welcome to receive a new Mood Box of the same category free of charge. 

Should the customer not wish to get a new box and request a refund, the following is to be noted: All customers are entitled to a full refund (minus the shipping fees) under the following conditions as long as the contents received are returned unused. 

• Incomplete Box Contents

• Damaged Contents 

• Incorrect Box

• Free shipping on U.S. orders

• International shipping prices vary. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out. 

• International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. 

• Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect. 

• Shipping time depends on your location. If you are down the street from us in New York you will receive your order faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
